Christmas' 1 and 2

We did our first two Christmas Celebrations over the weekend. Plus went to LA for my "best" friends wedding.

Since Tom was here we did a Christmas with him. Saturday morning he opened his presents from us. I let the boys open a couple too. He seemed to like his Bluetooth Headset and especially liked that dad paid for his car registration. (This picture makes him look REAL excited, but he is just yawning.)

Saturday nght we went to Jim's sister's house for a wonderful dinner and more family fun. The boys's each got stuff and we just ate and talked. It was nice to see a couple of the Brothers and to visit with everyone. Ean got a Tonka Ambulance and a police car and Ben got a "little people" Noah's Ark and they got a couple of cool books. THANK YOU to those who got them stuff! **Margie and Linda- Ean also very much enjoyed seeing all of Aunt Margie's Lights and the dogs.

Sunday was Laura's wedding. We have been "best" friends since 7th grade. She has lived far away for many years now so we drift in and out of touch. She did not want to burden me by asking me to be in her wedding, but I would have liked to. She is very practical and always thinks of the "right" thing for other people in a logical sense rather than emotional. She of course looked Beautiful and the wedding was nice. It was great to see all of her sisters whom I grew up with too and live far away. Since it was at 3pm, we went there and back the same day. The boys did really pretty good. By the time we were back to Tulare though Ben was DONE!

Instead of Cake they had these little individual pastry things. They were cool.

Ean enjoying the White Chocolate "motorcycle" wedding favors.

My mom should be here Saturday. Then we will celebrate Christmas 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. WHOO- won't we be ready to hang that Christmas tree out to burn. LOL!

In case you can't wait for the explanation of WHY so MANY- here goes:

3- Christmas with Kristen (Friday), she has things for the boys and we have things for her.
4- Christmas EVE- present opening with my Mom, Allen, Brother and niece.
5- Christmas Morning- Opening the present's Santa brings
6- Christmas at my Dad's
7- Christmas Day afternoon- Big dinner

Yikes I had better get to work!

Here is a couple funny pictures of the boys over the weekend. Ean likes to make his Bike and wagon into this big long train. Ben loves to ride on the back. Also, Friday night Jeni and Paige came over to do baking for some little gifts and they were terrorizing Jim while he tried to watch a movie.

They were screaming at the top of their lungs.
