We are buying a house!

We weren't really in the market for a house but Jim found this house today and it is exactly what we want in a house. It has 3 bedrooms and an office, it has two and a half baths and a seperate living room and family room. It has HUGE bedrooms and in the master bedroom we will have an oversized tub a shower AND a walk in closet. The kids bedrooms a big, right now they have king size beds and other furniture and there is still a lot of room.

There is a doughboy pool in the back and a couple fountains. The garage is kind of small but it will work. It is also on a culd-e-sac which is a must.

We will share more pictures as we get them. You can also go to www.tcmls.org and pull it up by address 900 W. Packwood in Visalia and there are pictures of the inside.

We will be moving in around September 17th so I will be out of most of the moving. Since we are not selling this house right away we are able to leave a lot of the furniture that we don't want here and then have a sale after we move.

Eventhough this is a big step up for us especially in payment, we are very excited because this is a REALLY nice house.

We are coming to live with you! :) It sounds really nice! Good for you for picking the perfect time to move when you just get to supervise all the moving! Well planned!

Wow!!! Looks great. I hope that house is filled with tons of memories. What a great place to grow up for two little boys.

OH GOODY...now I can stay at your house when I come visit as well as your brothers.

I'm very happy for you both, and honestly...I just couldn't imagine packing a new baby into your current house without you all feeling like a 'tin of sardines'.

I've looked at the photos on MLS, and know you are in a good location and it will do you and Jim good to climb those stairs a few times a day as well. If I can do it at 59, it should be easy for you guys.

Having a separate family room (for the baby toys, television, and stuff thrown around) will save the living room for entertaining clients and those you would like to be clients.

Having a home office is very important, as with two kids...there will be more times they get the sniffles and they can't go to daycare or the office.

Maybe with a new Loan Officer, you can spend more time with the babies, and still make the extra money you want by taking some of the loans for yourself...and you'll have someone to 'cover' for you so you and Jim can take a few more vacations (and longer vacations) a year to visit YOUR MOTHER AND PAPA!

We want our grandkids to be exposed more to the farm animals, the wilderness, the
wildlife....and a natural landscape made by GOD...and pretty soon, the ATV's and tractor and maybe even horses to ride.

I have so much confidence in you and Jim and I know that with your knowledge and experience now...you can achieve anything you want to, and you know what it will take to do it.

Can't wait to see it. Now, get back to the grindstone...lol

Cool. I bet your excited. The house looks terrific. And sooooo much more room. I don't envy you moving and pregnant at the same time. You are brave, but I know that you will do fine. I am so glad to see you and JIm are doing well. I miss seeing you guys, but sure don't miss being at work. I am enjoying working on the house. We almost have the patio done. Built in barbeque, and tile floor. It is looking great.
