Jim is going to Oregon next week on his motorcycle for a vacation and one of the stipulations for him to be able to leave was to get the above done.
The ceiling fan for Ean's room we have had longer than we have had Ean. Now that it is hot again I really wanted that done. We have never really had a working light above the garage door and it wasn't a big deal until now all three of us park in the driveway so at night we come home in the dark. The dining room is on the west side of the house so it is the hotest room in the house so it was time for a ceiling fan. We also need a new light for inside the front door but I picked out the wrong one so I MIGHT let him slide on that, for now.
Anyway, he is released for vacation so you Oregonians watch out!

I can just see Jim moving at the speed of light to get all of that work done so soon! I would say he is very 'highly motivated'...and working for a tough task master as well.
By the way, how come your mother didn't know anything about a new roof!? What am I 'chopped liver'?
